Imagine you are a veterinarian. You want to
remind the pet owners who are your clients that
their pets need shots.

• Design an original database of 20 pet owners in
  random (not alphabetical) order.
• Use the following fields Owners First Name,
  Owners Last Name, Pet Name, Address (including
  City, State, and Zip), Animal Type (dog, cat,
  horse, cow), Type of Shot. Save as DBVET.
• Sort database by Pet Name.
• Create mailing labels (Avery 5930). Add your
  name to bottom of database. Save as LABVET.
  Print.

• Compose form letter (business formatp. 177).
• Paragraph 1how glad you are to have the owner
  and pet as clients and what you as a veterinarian
  have to offer the pet.
• Paragraph 2remind the pet owner that it is time
  for the animals shot talk specifically about
  the kind of shot required, the shots benefits,
  and exactly when youd like the pet to come in
  for the injection.
• Paragraph 3tell the owner to bring the label
  from the envelope when he or she comes with the
  pet offer the owner a free prize for bringing
  the pet and label in.
• Each paragraph must have at least 3 sentences.
• Use pets name twice, type of pet once, and shot
  name at least once somewhere in the body of the
  letter.

• Save letter file as LETVET.
