Bennett Family Chardonnay Reserve 2001 Russian
River Valley
With over a century of experience in the wine and
spirits business, William Grant and Sons has been
dedicated to hand selecting an excellent
portfolio of wines from around the world. We are
proud to bring that same expertise to the Russian
River Valley to create our first California wine,
Bennett Family Chardonnay. Working with some of
the best talent in the region, weve made this
wine using hand selected grapes from the finest
vineyards. The result is a wine of uncompromised
quality, a wine worthy of our familys
heritage. After whole-cluster fruit pressing, the
juice was immediately transferred to French oak
barrels for fermentation for 10 days. After
undergoing malolactic fermentation, the wine was
left sur lie and stirred weekly. The wine was
lightly filtered prior to bottling.
