• OPEIU Local 3 has developed an action plan in
  order for members to participate in our Union.
• Members must be active in order to demonstrate
  strength in the workplace as well as in the
  community.
• Being active shows unity and solidarity.

• For each Action a member participates in,
  points will be given.
• Members will accumulate points in order to be
  eligible for Awards.
• Actions will take many different forms.
• The more Actions, the more Points.

• We realize we live in a very fast paced world and
  finding the time to participate in activities is
  not always easy.
• We have designed a system that is flexible enough
  to allow participation by everyone.
