8 Created a Collaborative Culture..We Changed our
Attitude and our Behaviors
- High Expectations for ALL students.
- Higher level thinking.
- Shared Responsibility between student, teacher
and parents about learning. - Analyzing our instruction and the lessons that we
teach to improve our instruction. - Facilitating Cooperative Learning / Independent
Learning - Creating a framework for student learning.
(objectives are visible and spoken, modeling is
present, application and questioning occurs,

occurs) - Our Passion is Present as we model life-long
learning. (staff
meetings, study groups, CIP, OISM, team meetings)
