• According to definition, a mascot is an animal,
  person, or thing adopted by a group as its
  representative symbol and supposed to bring good
  luck.
• A mascot can also be a person or animal that is
  adopted by a team or other group as a symbolic
  figure.

• Seattle Mariners Moose
• Reason for choice "I chose the Moose because
  they are funny, neat and friendly. The Moose
  would show that the Mariners enjoy playing and
  that they still have a few tricks up their
  sleeves. It shows they're having fun no matter
  what the situation.
