Graduate Housing Overnight Guest Policy

• lt 3 consecutive nights ok (w/permission from
  roommate)
• Optional add-on
• Can register guest with Housemasters/House
  Manager
• for stays 3-10 nights
• Special permission must be obtained for every
  7-day increment
• Any stay gt 24 nights requires permission of
  Graduate Housing Office
• Any stay gt 3 nights must have written permission
  of suite/roommates
• Housemasters shall do due diligence to make sure
  the suite/roommates are not being socially
  pressured

Bylaw Amendment (Chair of the Halls)

• The Chair of the Halls is further responsible for
  running the Internal In-House Lottery in
  accordance with the deadlines set by the Graduate
  Housing Office.
• The Chair of Halls shall be preferably called the
  Vice President of Community Management and Chair
  of the Hall Council. Official documentation
  including the Sidney Pacific Graduate Residence
  Student Leadership Plaque, the service award
  certificates and other signed documents, and the
  appropriate door magnet shall reflect this change.
