Wedge Game Overview

• It is December 2009 and the worlds stakeholders
  are gathering at a meeting convened by the
  Secretariat of the U.N. Framework Convention to
  plan the post-Kyoto world.
• You are part of a team planning the U.S.
  proposal. You will present a proposal consisting
  of an initial set of 7 wedges to achieve
  stability, PLUS a set of 5 additional wedges to
  achieve President Obamas goal of an 80
  reduction by 2050.
• Your goal is to convince the various stakeholders
  to accept your proposal. They will rate you on a
  scale from 1 to 10.
