IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DATES
  • August 10, 2009 Tuition, fees, room and board,
    and if applicable, student health insurance are
    billed to students accounts (bill available on
    WyoWeb)
  • August 24, 2009 Classes begin fees are now
    non-refundable (see page 13 of Fall 2009 Class
    Schedule for Tuition Refund Schedule)
  • August 28, 2009 All fall semester university
    charges are due by 400pm. Installment payment
    plan is available for students who
  • Make a confirmation payment of 1/3 total balance
    by 400 p.m. August 28, 2009 (Financial aid can
    be used to cover the 1/3 balance due)
  • Installment Plan Payment 2 due September 25,
    2009
  • Installment Plan Payment 3 due October 16, 2009
  • Installment plan setup charge is 15.00
  • Payment deadlines will be strictly enforced or
    student will be dropped
  • Students may check their Student Account on

    3,000 and 7,000
  • 92 used credit cards to buy direct expenses such
    as textbooks and school supplied
  • 30 used credit cards to pay tuition
  • Only 17 regularly paid off all cards each month

  • 39 of freshmen arriving on campus have at least
    one credit card already in hand
  • Only 15 have a zero balance
  • Median debt for freshmen is 939
  • Seniors are graduating with an average credit
    debt of 4,100

    than 7,000
  • Average number of cards is 4.6 while half of all
    college students had 4 or more cards
