- Growth will be JCIs number one priority.
- Members will be the focus of everything we do as
an organization in 2005. - Priority Support programs aimed at strengthening
our local organizations - Enhanced recognition given to local Presidents at
each Area Conference and World Congress. - Continuously provide new and fresh opportunities
to our existing Members - Extending our franchise to new Members and new
communities

- More Chapters in each of our National
Organizations. - Chapters are encouraged to include a Chapter
extension project in their own Membership plans
this year - The development of Metropolitan networks in
capital cities. LOMs in metropolitan cities
encouraged to play a full role in the development
of a worldwide JCI metropolitan network the JCI
MetNet.

direct contact with Members and engage in focus
groups with new and young Members during their
visits to their assigned NOMs. - JCI will promote win-win business partnerships
