  (NEVADA) AND 31 (NORTH CAROLINA) NPSPAC RPC
  STREAMLINED AMENDMENTS TO REFLECT 800 MHZ BAND
  RECONFIGURATION IN THE 806-809/851-854 BAND. (DA
