possible results. Dont make the weights too

exercises, but you do need to so some cardio in
order to remain healthy and fit. Do not do more
than 2 days of cardio because too much of this
will make you lose weight.
15Putting on muscle is quite a complicated process
and you need to know exactly what you are doing
so that you do not sabotage your efforts
inadvertently. Make sure that your diet is also
geared towards this objective.
16Eat foods that are high in calories and proteins
but low in fat so that you bulk up without
accumulating too much fat in the process.
