  Thoma joined Morgan Stanley Co. Ltd. in London
  as an Associate. In 2002, he was promoted to

  Morgan Stanley, he was a member of the Mergers,
  Acquisitions and Restructuring Department and was
  responsible for transaction executions,
  negotiation strategy and tactics, offering
  regulations and corporate valuations. Xavier
  guided clients across France, Benelux,
  Switzerland and the United States. In 2003, he
  took management responsibility for MA department
  of the firm and was responsible for client
  selection, client conflict management and
  management of junior professionals.

• After working at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley,
  Xavier Thoma founded Globefin European Advisors
  in 2003. At the firm, he assumed the roles of a
  Chief Executive Officer and Director and worked
  as an Investment Advisor to a leading private
  investment group. He also headed the funds
  research committee and co-headed portfolio
  allocation. Apart from this, he was also
  responsible for designing, coordinating and
  executing stringent research and investment
  selection process. Xavier also supervised all
  investments as well as maintained relationships
  with the largest investors in Switzerland,
  France, Spain, Luxembourg and Portugal.
