  • Obviously, you are not a morning person. The
    alarm goes off every morning at 5am and the
    battle with the snooze begins. All you want is to
    curl back up in the warm bed sheets, snuggle and
    sleep just a few more minutes.

  • Work, school and a new day requires you to learn
    how to wake up early, but you are probably a
    night owl and dont really care about the
    clarity, peace and energy that waits for those
    who wake up before sunrise.

  • But after all, this is how your body is
    programmed to work. Your body clock demands that
    you wake up at sunrise and go to sleep at dark.
    The modern way of life makes that very hard to
    accomplish.  This causes problems in our sleep
    cycle, making it difficult to fall asleep at
    night and even more difficult to wake up early.

  • Why would you torture yourself with that annoying
    alarm clock? Why would you be brutally torn from
    your sweet sleep by an awful noise followed by a
    long battle with the snooze?
  •  I have NO IDEA why people do that, when there is
    a calm, relaxing and natural way to wake up
    early, feeling refreshed, alert and energized all
    day.

     It has boosted my mood, productivity and energy
    levels for the rest of the day. I recommend it to
