• Guido Bertucci holds a degree in Political
  Science and holds a Post-graduate Diploma in
  Administrative Sciences from the Catholic
  University of Milan.
• Furthermore, he has received a number of honorary
  doctorate degrees. Guido Bertuccis experience
  includes teaching, lecturing and training public
  employees.
• He was an Adjunct Professor of Public
  Administration at the Robert F. Wagner School of
  Public Service, New York University, from 1992 to
  1993.

• Guido Bertucci, was responsible for the launch of
  the UN e-Government Readiness Report, a yearly
  publication, which has become a highly popular
  tool for benchmarking e-Government development.
• He also launched the annual Compendium of
  Innovative e-Government Practices. He is
  considered a world renowned expert in
  methodologies for benchmarking e-government.
• In addition he has been responsible for directing
  and writing a number of publications on a wide
  spectrum of subjects related to public policy,
  governance and public administration and civil
  service.
