The Pool Size

• The game is only limited by the size of the pool
  
  
• A legal polo size pool for men is 30 meters long
  by 20 meters wide for women it is 25 meters long
  by 17 meters wide

• The pool is broken down in to different zones
  starting at one goal to the other goal and they
  are called the 2meter, 4 meter, 7 meter half pool
  and repeated back down towards the other goal 7
  meter, 4 meter, 2 meter

• The 2 meter line is right in front of the goal
• The 4 meter line is in front of the 2 meter line
• And the 7 meter line is in front of the 4 meter
  line
  
• And the half way line is right in the middle of
  the pool

The Equipment

• The mens ball is 68-71 cm around and the women's
  ball is 65-67 cm around. If you dont know
  centimeters its about the size of a volleyball
  but is heavy and has a rubber coating thats
  yellow around it
• The players wear a cap that has a number on both
  sides of it and also has ear protection on it

• The goal is the same size for men and women its 3
  meter(10 feet) wide and .90 meters(3 feet) off
  the water
  
• The player wear a tight fitting swim suit. The
  men wear a Speedo most of the time and the women
  wear a tight fitting one piece suit

The Timing of the Game

• The game has 4 quarters
• 2 min in-between quarters
• 5 min half time
• 35 sec shoot clock
• Each team has 2 full time outs (1 min)
• And one 20 sec time out
• If over time each team receives 1 more full time
  out

Basic Rules

• The field players can only touch the ball with
  one hand
  
• The Goalkeeper can use 2 hand out to the 4 meter
• No putting the ball under water

• Or hang on another player by this I mean NO
  DUNKING

The Ways You Can Score

• You can score with any part of your body but your
  fist
  
• You can not be inside the 2 meter line with out
  the ball or another player has the ball in there
  too
