Robert Breschard has over 3 decades of
experience in commercial asset services, property
and facilities management and construction in the
northeast including New York, Boston,
Philadelphia, Delaware, Syracuse, Westchester and
Connecticut. He has been responsible for
management of property/asset, supervision of all
property operations, oversight of a large
portfolio of privately and institutionally held
properties, administration and financial
performance, construction/project management,
contract and lease negotiations.

Director Asset Services - ES Gordon Co. CBRE
Inc. Robert Breschard joined CBRE in June 1995,
as a Portfolio Manager and is currently serving
the firm as the Director Asset Services for
Connecticut/ Westchester area. At the company, he
has been responsible for managing a portfolio of
over 9 million square feet of institutionally and
privately owned properties in midtown and
downtown Manhattan for clients including JP
Morgan Chase, Lend Lease, Equitable Life, Sony,
Bertlesman, TIAA, Marsh McLennan, ING Clarion
and Conde Nast. In addition to this, he also
acted as a liaison to clients, managers and
brokers with regard to technical, engineering,
leasing issues and energy conservation and
curtailment issues.

Vice President, Senior Regional Manager,
Property Management - JMB Properties Inc. Prior
to joining CBRE, Robert Breschard served JMB
Properties Inc. in New York from December 1986 to
June 1995. At the firm, he managed a managed a
portfolio of approximately 13 million square feet
Class A commercial office buildings in Manhattan,
Boston, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia,
Delaware and Syracuse. He also reviewed and
approved annual operating budgets, developed
financial reports and performance.

Property Manager - Winoker Reality Co. From
April 1984 to November 1986, Robert Breschard
worked at Winoker Reality Co. in New York. As the
Property Manager of the company, he managed the
day-to-day operations of seven commercial office
buildings in Mid-town Manhattan totaling 1.5
million square feet. He also created and
implemented operating budgets, oversaw all
mechanical, janitorial and security operations
and staff, managed construction and also
performed a contract bid analysis.

Property Manager - CUSHMAN AND WAKEFIELD Robert
Breschard served as the Property Manager at
CUSHMAN AND WAKEFIELD, from March 1982 to March
1984. He was responsible for directly supervising
all the building operations, observing service
contract performance and construction activity,
developing and implementing operating budget. Mr.
Breschard is a BOMI designated Real Property
Administrator (RPA). He has held several New York
City licenses like the Refrigeration Operators
License and the Fire Safety designation. At
present, he is the member of the Real Estate
Finance Association of Ct and also holds a NYS
Salespersons License.
