TERMS CONDITIONS
  • Prices are subject to revision after sale of
    every 50 units or as decided by the company from
    time to time.
  • Allied Charges like EFC,FFC, EDC, IDC, Park
    facing/Landscape facing charges, Power Backup,
    Lease rent, IFMC will be charged extra-
  • Down Payment Rebate _at_ 10 and flexi payment
    Rebate _at_ 5shall be applicable towards basic
    pricebasic price.
  • Cheques / Drafts are to be issued in favour of
    ANSAL PROPERTIES INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. payable
    at New Delhi only.
  • Price is subject to revision without prior
    notice and price ruling on the date of allotment
    and acceptance by the company shall only be
    applicable.
  • The registration charges, Legal/ Documentation

  • The above prices are subject to escalation as
