Fashion 2012 Bridal Style by TiffanyBridals.org

Description:

This first look was inspired by Audrey Hepburn and was created for all of you vintage-inspired brides looking for some inspiration. We started with the tea-length “For Emily” dress by Elizabeth Dye which gives such a nice nod to the 50s with the silhouette and its beautiful lace illusion neckline. Adding a blingy sash called “Heirloom” by Ivy & Aster and a double-layered elbow-length veil by Erica Koesler really ties the entire look together. All of these items are available to order at Lovely, so make your appointment and put your own retro look together! – PowerPoint PPT presentation

Decor Details Be Different
The great thing about a pronovias chamira is that
it is yours. Just you and your husbands (or
husband-to-bes). Thats why I love when couples
throw weddings that are a true reflection of
their style and personalities regardless of what
tradition says. Not to say that tradition isnt
something to be valued, but sometimes, being
different can be fun. Here are a few ways Id
love to be different Photo Credits Jill Stuart

April Featured Vendor Carla Jay Photography
6
Were really excited to introduce this months
featured vendor, Carla Jay Photography. Carla is
a New York and Washington DC based photographer
who has been in the business of photography for
ten years. Carla started out as a studio
photographer for a design house, but now spends
her days photographing pronovias chambra and
fashion editorials. A lover of natural light,
Carla says she always takes a journalistic
approach when shooting weddings, but also mixes
in traditional and editorial styles to provide
each couple with beautiful photographs. To find
out more about Carla and view more examples of
her work, visit her website. Also make sure to
check out her blog for her latest work as well as
some great inspiration!

Bridal Style The French Invasion
When I visited Paris last summer, I stayed just
above two of my would-be favorite French labels,
Sandro and Maje. Somewhere in between downing
baguettes, and my daily cappuccinos I managed to
fall in love with the lines distinctly French
but unique styles. But after my short stint in
Paris, I missed all things French including my
two new favorite labels.
8
What was surprising to find out was that while
both labels are independent of each other, they
designers of each are actually relatedtheyre
sisters! That might explain the French Invasion
that is currently taking place in downtown NYC in
both SoHo and the West Village. A few months ago,
I was walking through these neighborhoods and
stumbled upon, gasp! freshly opened Maje and
Sandro boutiques side by side. I rushed inside
and was delighted to hear that both labels are
expanding in the United states. In fact,
Bloomingdales now carries both labels in some of
their stores.
