Quail Hunting Closures for 2003-04

• There will be no Small Game Areas completely
  closed for quail hunting this year.
  
• NTA 8 will continue to be open only on
• every other Saturday.

Quail populations in most small game areas have
increased in 2003. A couple areas have declined
slightly, but not enough to require closure at
this time. With moderate and responsible
hunting pressure, these areas
may respond and avoid closure
for next year also.
Hunt responsibly dont shoot our coveys out.
