5It is important that I look at EVERY name on the
DC trip and evaluate, ask questions, communicate
with parents (if needed) about any behavior or
health concerns. I believe all students are good
people, but a students actions with in the
school environment is crucial to the success and
smoothness of the trip.
6Scott Highlands is Awesome! Year after year we
get wonderful compliments about the students
that we bring to Washington DC. From the Hotel,
Bus Driver, ET Reps. Restaurants, Flight
Attendants, Security, Other travelers. This will
continue!
7Actual e-mail..
8Last year I held meetings with the
students.. These meetings covered behavior
expectations, Hotels Security, Airports, Buses,
Spending, restaurants, events Last Fall, after
the roommate list was completed, I met with
individual rooms in which we covered basic rules
and each student signed a Behavior
Contract. STILLran into a few students that I
never truly expected to become a behavior
problem.
