is a misconception that trimming down your
calories in and of itself can shed the excess.
The media has not helped this misconception due
to the various low-calorie foods and drinks now
being advertised on TV and in magazines. Most

steamed, a broiled (not fried). Also, make sure
to include a good amount of fiber in your diet.
And, above all make sure you are staying hydrated.

shortcuts such as crash diets can actually do
more hurt then good. There is a tried and true
path to getting in shape. Play by the rules,
avoid shortcuts and persevere. Take control of

and you will see results.
