APEC Strategic Plan

• In november 2000, the leader of the member
  economies approved the APEC strategic plan.
• It represents a global effort about capacity
  building, in order to achieve a full
  participations of the contries from the
  Asia.Pacific region in the WTO.
• This includes supporting and impeling the
  agreements implementation and giving the highest
  priority to proyects financement that answer to
  those needs.
