• Part 1 will be revised
• Improve separation of physical characteristics
  and RF
• Form factor free option
• The current restriction to card shape should be
  cancelled (UK proposal). Contributions are
  requested.
• Interoperability issues caused by different
  antenna sizes shall be addressed with
  interoperability classes starting with class 1
  card

• SC17 decided to split work between
• WG1 works on all physical aspects
• WG8 works on potential changes of RF interface
• New contributions are requested
• Existing US contribution can hardly be processed
  because Physical aspects are mixed up with RF and
  protocol

  Historical bytes accepted. WG4 suggested tag 49
