Melbourne Programs in 2007 and 2008
  • In 2007
  • The University will continue to offer most
    current undergraduate and postgraduate programs
    in 2007
  • Students who enrol in existing programs in 2007
    will be able to continue with these programs
    until completion
  • Students will be able to defer places in some
    single degree courses and for others may be able
    to request a reserved place in the new
    generation courses
  • From 2008
  • Some disciplines such as Law and Nursing will not
    be offered at the undergraduate level
  • Other professionally accredited programs such as
    Architecture will be offered at the masters level
    but will have recommended pathways of subject
    sequences
  • Most undergraduate programs will continue to be
    offered in 2008
  • The implementation of the Melbourne Model does
    not contemplate any overall reduction in places
    at Melbourne for school leavers and other
    commencing students over the next four to five
    years.
