    the first annual meeting on 1-28-99.

  • Sherman ISD provided an existing staff member as
    Executive Director--
  • Dr. Sandi Froese, SISD Director of Government

  • Developed a three-year Strategic Plan
  • Adopted the SHS Stage Renovation as its first
    capital project
  • Held a Circle of Success recognition event for
    Students and Staff the following year

  • Complement the goals and objectives of the
    Sherman ISD

  • Identify educational needs in the schools not
    presently being met
