BEGIN
  • Youve recently moved in with your aunt after
your parents passed away. She lives out in the
country in a huge, eerie mansion. Youve always
been mischievous, and you cant wait to see what
sort of trouble you can cause in a house of that
size. Your aunt comes out to greet you
luke-warmly, saying how sorry she is about your
parents. You shrug youd never been particularly
close to them anyway. You both head inside and
she shows you your room, then leaves,
disappearing down the hall. A few days pass, each
day your Aunt waking you up very early for school
and forcing you to go right to your homework when
you get home, and, one day, you notice your aunt
going into a room with a tray of food and coming
out with an empty tray. You ask her who lives in
that room. She gives you a stern look, and says
that you must never enter that room under any
circumstances. And with that, she heads
    downstairs.
  • Do you.
  • Head into the room OR Go to
    bed

3
ROOM 1
  • You ignore your aunt shes no fun at all. You
head through the door and find yourself in a
large room filled with cool-colored pillows and
tapestries. In the center of the room are two
therapeutic couches. Each one was occupied by a
woman one of them was incredibly obese, rolls of
fat composing her being. The other was
disturbingly thin, her bones seeming to threaten
to pierce her skin. They both look up at you as
you enter the room, and the fat one smiles.
  • Look, Gretel, a child!
  • The skinny one slowly turned her feeble head to
look at you, Ohso it is. You talk to them for
some time, and they prove to be quite wise,
although a bit ditzy, and they share many stories
with you. Eventually, you grow bored, and its
probably getting late. You see anther door in the
    back of the room.
  •
  • Do you
  •
  • Go through the new door?

4
Room 2
  • You say your goodbyes and make your way to the
second door. You step through into a circular
room, the walls covered with shelves and shelves
of books filled with different alchemic recipes.
In the center of the room is a huge table,
covered with pipes and tubes and flasks, and a
tall, disfigured man in a lab coat fiddling with
the setup. He had a hood that hid his face, and
his hands and feet were burned and leathery.
  • He gives you quick glance and exclaims, Child!
Come here, I need your help! He pours a green
liquid into one of the flasks, Go over to the
other end of the table and grab the vial of brown
herbs! You see two vials of herbs one is full
of a brown powder, the other powder is orange. He
probably wouldnt notice which you gave him
because hes so preoccupied with mixing his
    ingredients
  • Do you
  •
  • Give him the brown herbs? OR Give him the
    orange herds
  •

5
BROWN HERBS
  • You do as youre told and hand the chemist the
vial of brown herbs. He adds them to the mixture,
and it starts to glow brightly.
  • Yes! he exclaimed, At last, its finished.
Now, I need a test subject! He looks excitedly
at you, Child! Here, he holds out the potion,
Drink this! Im sure its perfectly safe!
  •
  • Do you
  •
  • Drink the mixture? OR Refuse, this guys
    nuts!
  •

6
DRINK
  • Ah, what the heck, you think, and take the
mixture, gulping it down fairly quickly. At
    first, you feel perfectly fine!
  • I guess it didnt- you start to say, but you
never finish your sentence. Suddenly your gut
wretches painful, and you cough up a some of the
iridescent fluid. It doesnt take long for you to
    suffocate.
  • Oh my, the scientist said, scratching his chin
thoughtfully as he examines you, Ill certainly
    have to reconsider my formula
  • Try again.

7
ORANGE HERBS
  • You grin devilishly and hand him the orange
herbs. He grabs them absently and adds them to
the mixture. Suddenly, his flask begins to shake
    violently.
  • What the?! he exclaims, taken aback by this
development. You step back instinctively, just
soon enough to avoid the huge explosion as the
concoction ripens. As the dust clears, only a
pile of ashes is left where the mad scientist
once stood. As you recover from the noise of the
blast, you notice another door at the opposite
    end of the room.
  • Room 3

8
REFUSE
  • Uh, I dont think so, you say, hands on your
    hips.
  • Fine! the scientist growls, Then Ive only
one test subject! He puts the flask to his lips
and quickly chugs the chemical brew, throwing the
flask to the ground as he finishes. Initially,
everything seems alright, and he begins to laugh
maniacally, but as he does, he starts to cough.
Green liquid spatters his sleeve when he covers
his mouth. He falls to his knees, unable to
breathe, and finally collapses. As you frown in
disgust, you notice another door at the opposite
    end of the room.
  • Room 3

ROOM 3
  • The room you enter is a lot like the first room
all of the colors are cool and pleasant, and
there are tons of pillows and blankets scattered
around. The entire room, the walls, the floors,
and the ceiling, are all plush and soft. On the
other side of the room is a man wearing a red
cloak with a hood that covers his face. Hes
dressed in fine clothes and linens, and hes
sitting in a wooden chair with a broad smile
barely visible in the shadow of his hood. He
beckons you over, and you raise your eyebrow, but
    you come.
  • Hello, he says, his voice smooth and pleasing
to the ear, And welcome. Why dont you have a
rest? He points to some pillows next to him, I
can tell you some stories and you can have a
    nap
  • Do you
  •  Take up his offer and rest? OR Decline,
    he doesnt seem trustworthy?
  •

10
Take offer
  • You are feeling pretty tired, so you lie down,
and the man begins to tell you a story of
rainbows and gumdrops and happiness. Quite
quickly you find yourself slipping into
    dreamland.
  • You wake up.

11
Decline
  • Uh, I dont think so, you say with raised
    eyebrow.
  • The mans warm smile falters a bit, But I
    insist!
  • No, you said quickly, heading for other door.
  • If youre so insistent on exploring, he said,
his voice laced with menace, Then why dont you
go to the tower? You dont pay him any mind and
    head through the next door.
  • ROOM 4

12
ROOM 4
  • You enter a huge stone hall lined with knight
statues, all of them holding their swords as if
preparing for combat. At the end of a hall is a
huge gargoyle made in the likeness of a griffon.
As you approach it, its stone eyes open,
revealing bright yellow lights, and it speaks,
  • Halt! Its voice is deep and booming, Young
one, if you wish to pass through the door ahead,
    you must solve my riddle!
  • You nod your head, Okay, Ill give it a shot,
    you say confidently.
  • What always goes up but never comes down? he
    asks.
  • You rub your chin in deep thought. What does go
    up and never come down?
  • Do you
  •
  • Answer Steam.? OR Answer Air

13
Right answer
  • You answer steam, and the griffin moves aside,
revealing a hidden door. Its to the fifth room.
  • Room 5

14
Wrong answer
  • You answer air, and the griffin waves his spear,
and you vanish into thin air.
  • Room 4

15
ROOM 5
  • You ascend what seems like an infinite amount of
stairs before reaching a very, very small room.
The room has an orange tint to it, but the corner
is dark as pitch. You get on your hands and knees
to get a closer look, when suddenly a man appears
from the shadow. He has flaming red eyes, no
hair, and his entire body is horrifically burnt.
Reaching out with a clawed hand, he grabs you,
dragging you into the corner with him. Your soul
is trapped here for all eternity, and no one
    hears from you again.
  • THE END

16
SCHOOL
  • You head to bed and go to school the next
morning. In class, the teachers lecture seems to
go on forever and ever, but finally she gives the
class and interesting assignment paint a picture
of a cumulonimbus cloud. As youre painting, you
noticed a girl with long pigtails, and see a
golden opportunity. You grab her pigtail and dunk
them in the paint. The teacher immediately grabs
you by the wrist and sends you to principals
office. Youre suspended for three days, and,
when you get home, your aunt grounds you. Way to
go, jerk. Now youre stuck at home.
  • Room 1

17
You wake up in your bed, which is now incredibly
soft. You rub your eyes, getting out of bed and
getting dressed. You head downstairs where your
aunt is waiting with a big breakfast and a smile.
Every day at your new home begins like this, and
lifes pretty sweet from then on.
