Introduction
Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology,
Management Gramothan (SKIT) inspired from the
learning's of Swami Keshvanad, was established in
the year 2000 by Technocrats and Managers Society
for Advanced Learning. Today the institute is
recognized as one of the centers of academic
excellence in Northern India. The Institute is
affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University,
Kota for offering Postgraduate and Graduate
Courses in Engineering and Management. Our sister
institution Swami Keshvanand Institute of
Pharmacy (SKIP) is affiliated to Rajasthan
University of Health Sciences for offering
Graduate Course in Pharmacy.

Our Inspiration
"Mass illiteracy is the root cause behind
backwardness of India. If we want speedy progress
of nation we need to root it out as early as
possible. Swami Keshvanand Swami Keshvanand,
an orphan, illiterate, nomadic man who never
received formal education, was the founder of
more than 300 schools, 50 hostels and innumerable
libraries, social service centers and museums.
Swami Keshvanand had a deep understanding of the
rural society of the desert region .He had
explained the peculiarities of the desert region,
identified the problems and suggested appropriate
and logical solutions. It was Swami Keshvanands
lifelong endeavor to eradicate social evils like
untouchability, illiteracy, child marriage,
indebtedness, poverty, backwardness, alcohol
abuse, moral dissipation etc.

Admission Procedure
B.Tech 70 Percent seats are allotted through
merit list of Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test
(RPET) Counseling. 15 Percent seats are allotted
through merit list of All India Engineering
Entrance Exam(AIEEE) Counseling. 15 Percent seats
are allotted by management quota through a merit
list of applicants. B.Pharm 85 Percent seats
are allotted through merit list of entrance
examination. 15 Percent seats are allotted by
management quota through a merit list of
applicants. MBA 85 Percent seats are allotted
through merit list of Rajasthan Management
Admission Test(RMAT). 15 Percent seats are
allotted by management quota through a merit list
of applicants. M.Tech 100 Percent seats are
allotted through merit list of applicants with a
valid GATE scorecard.

Fee Structure
SKIT charges the fee as approved by Government.
In compliance with the policy of Government of
Rajasthan. The fee for different programmers

Infrastructure
Campus The institution is developed with
intellectually vibrant ambience in a serene and
lush green environment. Comprising smart
buildings with well equipped lecture theatres,
tutorial rooms, laboratories, Wi-fi connectivity,
hostels, canteen, mess, sports grounds, Learning
Resource Centre, all in an eco-friendly
environment. Hostel The campus has separate
hostel facilities for boys and girls with two
edifices, having strength of 400 students in
each. Students get healthy and nutritious meals
in the Hostel Mess. Recreational Sources include
a Common Room for activities, Television,
Gymnasium and Indoor Sports room.

Facilities
Tuck Shop There is a utility shop present in
the campus which caters to the basic needs of the
students. It is also well equipped with the
facility of STD, Photocopy and Lamination. ATM
A Punjab National Bank ATM machine is installed
in the campus and banking facility is also
provided. Medical Facility In case of Medical
Emergency, prompt medical attention is provided
to all the students along with ambulance
facility. Post college hours doctors visit the
campus on regular basis.Wi-Fi Wi-Fi internet
facility is present in the campus, including the
hostels 24x7.Conveyance A fleet of buses
provided by the college for the students has
access to every corner of the city. Hostellers
get transport facility on need basis after
college hours. Canteen Other than the mess
facilities, a canteen is also run for the
students. The entire canteen has a pleasant
ambience making it a good hang out place for
students. Being away from home does not mean that
you cannot have food that tastes as good as the
