About SDK Law

• SDK Law is the new legal practice in Sussex for
  business people. We advise on and act in
• Commercial litigation in all Courts and Tribunals

• Property matters including business tenancy
  renewals, dilapidations disputes, recovery of
  rent and service charges in respect of
  residential and commercial premises, forfeiture,

  redundancy, dismissal and employment contracts as
  well as representation in the employment
  tribunal.  We are also happy to advise employees
  facing redundancy on compromise agreements.

crime through our network of associates. We are
happy to refer matters which fall outside our
core work to associate practices or practitioners
and are a founder member of the Business Law
Consortium which is an alliance of sole
