Germans Sweet Chocolate. The first German
chocolate cake was made by a home maker in Dallas.

Ingredients for a German Chocolate Cake Frosting
- 1 cup of milk or cream or a combination of both
- 1 cup regular sugar
- 3 medium-sized egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup of coconut (the kind that can be bought
in supermarkets) - 1 cup of pecan or walnuts or any nuts you are
more keen to eat

Steps to Follow
1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, egg yolks and butter
in a medium sized pan over low heat.
2. Let the mixture come to a boil until it
reaches a creamy thick consistency.

and coconut. Mix well.
