Starting from 240 employees who produced about
200.000 shirts annually, Blazer has now reached
an annual production of over 1.8 million shirts,
made ??with over 1100 employees .

All receptive fabric is rolled and carefully
controlled to get a high quality product and a
reliable estimate consumption. The same idea

reception.

• Cutting Room

The bales and the cutting tables are loaded
automatically.
The cutting machines are controlled by computer
and are powered by a semi-shift system.
The transfer of drawings to the cutting car is
via a data network server specially designated.
The quality achieved allows high accuracy in the
compliance with technical specifications.
