Todays typical automation at the front of a
press line consists of a large dedicated, gantry
style destacker or press feeder which is high
speed and very efficient but can be also be
taxing on a budget.   Let Atlas show you the
front of line systems of the future, where gage
stations are eliminated and the destacker is
replaced by modular, reusable, affordable and
exchangeable robots.   It is our belief that your

Press to Press Robotic Solutions
Robots between tandem presses are not the fastest
solution, but for certain applications they
provide the flexibility that is needed. Some of
these applications may include an extremely large
or heavy blank, the need for exact placement in
the press or the necassity to flip a blank
over.   Robots usually offer a lower cost, highly
flexible solution with the benefit of a

Off Line Cells
By moving a process away from the pressline into
its own standalone cell, you are able to
consolodate a single automation purchase into a
multi-line support system. You dont have to
choose a single press line for a capital
equipment expenditure. An off line washing and
re-oiling cell can service multiple press lines
and robotically destacking and restacking the
blanks reduces the need for additional manpower
to tend the cell.   Lower cost. Higher
