• 0400 pm Arrival at the specialized centre.
  Welcome beverage
• 0600 pm Consultation with the Doctor and
  selecting the treatments in the package as per
  your needs (limited to Fatigue (Rejuvenating)/Ache
  s and Pains/ Digestive / De-Stress)
• 0700 pm Light Massage/Therapy as advised by the
  doctor
• 0700 pm Dinner - Light Ayurvedic Dinner tailored
  to your bodys needs

• Day 2
• 0700 am Yoga lesson session guided by the Yoga
  instructor
• 0900 am Ayurvedic Breakfast, Relax
• 1100 am Ayurveda Treatment
• 0200 pm Lunch, Relax
• 0500 pm Ayurveda Treatment
• 0800 pm Dinner Ayurvedic

• 0700 am Yoga lesson

• 1100 am Foot Massage
• 1200 am Check-out
