Professional Experience
Edward Tuccio has been working in the real
estate industry for many years. He has extensive
years of experience in structuring, analyzing,
sourcing and negotiating highly complex real
estate transactions. Presently, he is serving
as the Chief Financial Officer at Tuccio
Development. The Tuccio family has built over a
1,000 distinctive homes in the Ridgefield, New
Milford, New Fairfield and Brookfield area.

He structured and financed deals with leading
banking institutions and priced home with top
realtors. He personally identified unique market
opportunities to manage and maintain over 10M in
sales. Maximizes real estate asset utilization
by coordinating the sharing of space among
different business units. Oversees all aspects
of selecting development team, building design,
permitting and construction.

SC. Successful Ridgefield baseball coach and his
