• This sentence could hurt a lot of people
  specially men. However, that is the truth women
  can manage finance better than men. You will find
  more than 75 girls working in the capacity of HR
  or finance manager. There is no point to
  underestimate boys. However, I just want to
  explain the nature and working way of both. Even,
  it is scientifically proved. You will find the
  difference in understanding, selecting power,
  etc. Lets discuss some of the important heads
  about girls and boys, which are as follows
• Boys are result oriented and girls are process
  oriented Girls are more involved in how is to be
  done, like in household budget, management, etc
  and boys are result oriented so they are involved
  in projects, process, result oriented words, etc.
  You will find boys always say that It does not
  matter how the work is done and the concerned is
  result and girls say We will get the result for
  sure the thing is how desperately we are doing
  the task. Girls give preference to the words
  like whom, when, how, etc and believe me
  sometimes it increases the task completion time.

  with explanation if your boss is a woman so, you
  face cold war very often between you and your
  boss because, your lady boss will always want the
  result with the explanation how it is done and
  you are not interested in giving all these
  details. The other side of the coin is, if your
  boss is male so, he will ask about when you are
  going to finish the task? He really doesnt care
  how you are doing the task and what difficulty
  you are facing.
• The war between boys vs. girls will never end. We
  have to understand the concept of living i.e.
  equality. Everyone should treat with respect and
  we should respect individuals. The more we
  respect others, more we live peacefully. Also,
  everyone is not skilled with the same level which
  means everyone has different mindset or ability
  to work. Some may be good in planning and some
  are good in implementation. We have to choose our
  task according to the work profile or abilities
  and a good manager knows their employees skills,
  limitations, ability, absorbing power.
• It is not necessary that only women can only
  manage household budget. It depends on the family
  situation which can vary from family to family.
