to participate in pre-implementation planning - Prepare task list

controlling timecard entry - Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure they
have a current and up to date listing of all
personnel to include contractors/volunteers

- Prepare a task list for each department showing
which task numbers their staff should use when
entering man-hours - Develop helpful hints with questions and
answers for timecard entry - Any documents that are currently being used for
timecard entry should be translated into DMHRSi
language

8TRANSLATE YOUR MEPRS DATA INTO DMHRSI LANGUAGE

- Project must have site Human Resources (HR)
support - a. Site must have defined rules for
inprocessing and outprocessing all employee types
- b. HR must be fully trained and actively
involved - c. HR data must be validated/corrected prior to
the start of timecard entry -

11- Passwords must be requested and distributed
promptly. Employees must sign on and activate
their password immediately - Training
- a. Trainers must understand service functional
terms and processes - b. Training material must be organized
- d. A representative from the facility MEPRS
staff must be present at all self-service
training sessions to answer functional coding
questions
12- More time needs to be spent training timecard
approvers - Monitoring and control of timecard entry is
critical - Only MEPRS staff members can answer coding
question

initial password is welcome NOTE Although
this is linked to your DMHRSi Username, the
passwords for the MHS eLearning website and
DMHRSi are maintained separately, so the password
for one is not automatically the same as the
password for the other 3. You will be
prompted immediately to change this password.

Implementation Training' 5. Choose the module
you'd like to complete. If you DO NOT have
an active DMHRSi account, you can access the
iLearnining this way 1. Go to the MHS eLearning

Follow the instructions for New User/Self
Registration. 3. Be sure to fill in your email,
work phone, and MTF/Activity 4. Go to Catalog,
and select 'DMHRSi Implementation Training' 5.
