Foreign Travel

• Requirements by Clearance
• Secret
• Notification is required for all foreign
  travel.
• Anti-terrorism briefings will be provided.
• Counterintelligence briefings may be provided
  based on destination.
• Top Secret
• Notification is required for all foreign
  travel.
• Anti-terrorism briefings will be provided.
• Counterintelligence briefings may be provided
  based on destination
• TS/SCI
• Notification is required for all foreign
  travel.
• Anti-terrorism, Counterintelligence, and SCI
  specific briefings will be provided

• Notification and Briefing Process
• Pre-Travel
• Contact WHS Security (security_at_whs.mil) with
  the following information
• Name/clearance/contact information of traveler
• Destination of travel
• Date(s) of travel (all inclusive)
• Sponsor of travel
• Any specific concerns regarding travel
• Provide as much advance notice as possible
• You will be contacted regarding the specific
  briefings that will be required.
• Specific briefings needed will be determined
  based on destination and clearance level.
• Post-Travel
• Upon return from foreign travel, debriefings
  may be required based on your encounter with any
  reportable situations.
• If you have a situation to report, contact WHS
  security (security_at_whs.mil) with the following
  information

• Counterintelligence
• DODI 5240.6 (Para 6.4.2)
• SCI Clearance
