• Low density in large tanks 3 to 10 m3
• inoculate at 50/ml increasing to 250/ml
• Medium density in tanks 2 to 5 m3
• inoculate at 200/ml increasing to 800/ml
• High density in tanks 2 to 3 m3
• inoculate at 500/ml increasing to 2000/ml
• Ultra high density in 1 to 3 m3
• inoculate at 1000/ml increasing to 3500/ml to
  10,000/ml
