- Laing Utilities.
- Every day, take 5 minutes to review your work
area and complete a feedback card. A total of
5000 will be awarded to the best entry for
hazard spotted, near misses recorded or
improvements suggested. Teams or individuals can
submit cards
Note Completion of a feedback card is not
replacing any other reporting systems. ALL
accidents and unsafe areas must be reported to
your line manager
Use your Take 5 card every day and give feedback
as often as you like.
