and recommend a 5-10 year strategy to optimally
posture the university's future administrative
systems.

- The Departmental Financial Information Network
(DEFINE) An enterprise-wide application for
the Financial and HR functions at UT Austin and
numerous other UT institutions. The DEFINE
system is made up of a common interface using a
set of agreed upon standards focused on

- Everything in DEFINE
- Other UT Austin Administrative Systems that may
not use DEFINE as their interface but still

criteria (could be off-the-shelf software).

partner with them to gather information for
inclusion in final report.
