Click on Procedures

Click on Any Order

1) Type the first letters of Chest X-ray
2) Click on the procedure you want to order, then
click Done

Click on Details to open window
6
Fill in REASON FOR TEST, Click OK
7
Click Done
8
Click Submit to enter order
9
Click on the back button to return to the main
page
