Project Life Cycle
  • Sign Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement.
  • Evaluate RFQ / RFP.
  • Propose details of the approaches to the
    deliverables including quotation.
  • Sign research / production agreement with
    clearly defined terms and conditions.
  • Appoint a dedicated scientific project manager.
  • Update weekly and biweekly to client after the
    initiation of the project.
  • Communicate with regular teleconference or
    video conference.
  • Deliver on time the deliverables to client.
