17Project Life Cycle
- Sign Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement.
- Evaluate RFQ / RFP.
- Propose details of the approaches to the
deliverables including quotation. - Sign research / production agreement with
clearly defined terms and conditions. - Appoint a dedicated scientific project manager.
- Update weekly and biweekly to client after the
initiation of the project. - Communicate with regular teleconference or
video conference. - Deliver on time the deliverables to client.
All IPR generated during the project execution is
owned by the client.
