- Your duties
- Provide everyday support to all KIMEP students/
non-degree students/ transfer students/
applicants/ visitors - Give "one visit" service information
- Assist with a wide range of advisory services for
all students and interested visitors - Ensure the organization of the following events
Open House Day, Entrance Examinations, Graduation
ceremony, etc. - Answer questions on admission procedures and
rules - Accurate paper work
- Registration of non-degree students for course
audits and providing them all information
concerned - Visit schools and universities of Almaty, regions
of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Entrance
Examination Commissions in regions of Kazakhstan
- Successful candidate must have

4Recruitment Specialist
- Your duties
- Provide information support to all potential
applicants of KIMEP in regions of Kazakhstan and
outside through telephone calls, direct mail,
e-mail - Provide information support to all visitors of
Recruitment Office - Recruitment campaign at schools and Universities
in regions and outside of RoK - Entrance Examination Commissions
- Ensure the organization of Open House Day,
Graduation Ceremony, etc. - Compose and send information letters to the
Administration of Educational Depts, Universities
and schools - Prepare reports analysis of recruitment trips
on a regular basis

5Recruitment Coordinator
- Your duties
- Overall coordination of Recruitment Office
Specialists and Orientation Aid Students work - Provide structural interaction with
Administrative Faculty Staff - Organize Recruitment campaign at schools and
Universities in regions and outside of RoK - Prepare partnership agreements with between KIMEP
and other universties schools, Educational
Centers Foundations. - Prepare budget of the Recruitment Office
- Perform other functions as directed by the
Supervisor

6RegistrationScheduling Specialist
- Your duties
- Working with Scheduling and Registration
documents - Tracking and inputting information into the
database, track schedule changes during the
registration period. - Checking the schedule and registration data
according to KIMEP policies (overloads, prices,
time conflicts and etc.) - Analyze the registration results and make
recommendations for improvements of registration
process - Preparing and checking the Final Exam Schedule in
concordance with KIMEP Final Exam Policy. - Posting and updating information on schedule
changes to the web for students and for faculty. - Processing of the different requests from the
students and the academic staff - Processing of the different registration forms
- A Successful candidate must have
- Bachelor degree in MIS or IT
- Good English
- MS ACCESS database system skills

- Your duties
- Integrate well with other staff of the office as
well as outside of the office - Handle all e-mail messages, telephone and hard
copies of communications - Disseminate information, contact people,

newsletters - Act as the secretary of the office meetings, take
