Our clients are able to access important
documents to ensure a seamless and timely
shipping process. Clients can request electronic
documentation (eDox) relating to their shipment .
The E-dox feature facilitates the retrieval and
viewing of documents online. All information is
security protected and only those with a valid
username and password are allowed access. E-Dox
pertaining to a clients specific business
operation can be displayed like E-HBL,
E-Invoice, E-Packing List, E-Custom Paper etc.

and viewing of financial documents online.
Invoice details can be accessed using this
option. All information is security protected
and only those with a valid user name and
password are allowed access. Only details
pertaining to a clients specific business

ONLINE INVOICE
The online invoice option is provided to generate
invoice for shipments by specifying the house
bill of lading.
Click on the Online Invoice option in the left
pane .The system will display the Online Invoice
screen. Enter the HBL Number to generate the
invoice online for the bill of lading. Click the
Print option to generate the online invoice. The
system will generate the invoice in PDF format.
Click the Clear option to abort online invoice
generation.

ONLINE BILL OF LADING
The online HBL option is provided to generate the
house bill of lading for the sea shipments that
are exported to any location.
Click on the Online HBL option in the left pane.
The system will display the HBL Online screen as
displayed above. Enter the HBL Number to generate
the online house bill of lading. Click the Print
option to generate the online HBL. The system
will generate the HBL in PDF format. Click the
Clear option to abort the online HBL generation.

House Bill of Lading HBL plays an important
role when tracking cargo details during the
shipment process. Using the HBL number the
complete milestone (step-by-step progress) of
the shipment can be viewed through HBL Enquiry.

provision. By emailing the specific HBL number
for which they require information, the client
will receive an immediate response containing the
relevant HBL details. This option is available
even without accessing the web site.

Track shipments with own reference number like
