7When transposing the Electromagnetic

Decision 1032 / 2001 European Commission made
several objections regarding1. A clearer
definition of certain terms as well as terms
whose definition was not included in Government
Decision 1032 / 20012. The modification of the
evaluation of the conformity carried out by the
designated bodies - elimination of CS marking
(national marking of conformity) - modification
of the evaluation procedure was made according to
the conformity with the standards.
83. Reducing the number of authorities
responsible with market surveillance and clearly
establishing their fields4. Reducing the
number of documents that certify the conformity
(this is carried out by the Declaration of
Conformity issued by the producer of his
authorized representative)
