Objective of the intervention

• Goal Preserve and rebuild aerospace capabilities
  by helping existing aerospace enterprises and
  research institutes learn how to work in a market
  economy and establish links with global
  technology markets
• Key target groups NSAU, aerospace enterprises,
  their suppliers, and related enterprises and
  institutes in the Ukrainian high tech sector,
  aerospace research institutes, NASA, ESA, Boeing,
  Airbus, etc.

• Taking into consideration that
• There is a good history of NSAU-WB cooperation
  in hi-tech sphere ( Sea Launch project)
• Ukrainian space industry is one of the most
  developed Ukrainian hi-tech sectors
• To discuss the possibility to start the
  pilot project for Ukrainian hi-tech sector -
  Implementing market reforms in the Ukrainian
  hi-tech sector and Innovation Commercialization
