The Little Girl from the Sea

There is a white house in the sand-hills, facing
the sea. The house has got one door, seven
windows and a wooden balcony, painted green.
Around the house there is a sand garden, with
white lilies and white, yellow and purple
flowers. In this house there is a little boy he
is ten, he is tall, strong and he has got
straight, fair hair his eyes are big and green
like the sea. He likes to play at the seaside.
The seaside is very big and there are wonderful
rocks.

A casa tem uma porta, sete janelas e uma varanda
de madeira, pintada de verde. À volta da casa há
um jardim de areia, com llírios brancos, e flores
brancas, amarelas e roxas. Nesta casa há um
rapazinho ele tem dez anos, é alto, forte, e tem
o cabelo muito loiro e liso os olhos são grandes
e verdes como o mar. Ele gosta de brincar na
praia.A praia é muito grande e há rochedos
maravilhosos.

Um dia ele vê um polvo, um peixe, um caranguejo e
a Menina do Mar. Ele fica muito surpreendido e
apanha a Menina do Mar ela grita, grita, grita,
mas o rapazinho não quer fazer nada de mal
