Sometimes it can be hard to find
Just the right book that you want...

So today, we are going to think about detecting
a good book!
We can be book detectives!!!

How would a detective find a book?
How can you spy a great book?

Well, you have to be willing to go EXPLORING
What do explorers do?

All the books on the shelves have wonderful
stories to read or interesting facts to learn.

So, just go exploring! You never know what great
book is out there waiting for you Just put your
marker on the shelf, pull out a book at random,
and open it up to take a look!

Once you open up a book, you may be surprised at
what you find inside!
So be brave! Try something new! Be a detective!
Go exploring!

Once you have checked out a book, You want to put
it someplace safe.

Remember that books are just as helpless as a
baby, so we need to baby our books are hold
them carefully, so they will be safe.

Hooray! You have detected a book that looks
wonderful. Wasnt exploring the library a great
idea?
