5What is the strategic plan of the institution?
- A management and a budgetary planning document
which assure medium term planning for central
public administration institutions - It refers to the public policies under the
competence of the institution It is not a
public policy document - It offers a clear image of policies, commitments
and measures that will be promoted at the
institution level - Supports the shift from a resources oriented
management to a results based management

institution?
