  ("GoLayBy") and "you" means you the customer.
• When you place an order with GoLayBy, you are
  agreeing to the following Terms Conditions.
• Refunds And Returns
• We will gladly replace items should a product be
  damaged or become faulty in transit, in
  accordance with our legal responsibilities as a
  merchant in NSW, Australia. We will not make a
  refund on damaged or faulty goods we will
  instead replace the damaged goods with the same
  item or an equivalent product.

• We are unable to accept returns for other reasons

  made an incorrect choice about the product and no

however due to circumstances outside of our
control a limited set of countries are
unavailable. Note that there are restrictions on
some products, and some products cannot be
shipped to international destinations.
