Benefits from EPA/DHA Fish Oil

• Fish oil contains essential fatty acids
  (EFAs) that have been shown to offer myriad
  benefits. Since they're the most widely

  two essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
• EPA and DHA have also been suggested to
  increase cardiac output and stroke volume, which
  may help support healthy blood flow and possibly

• A combination of fish oil (80) and evening
  primrose oil (20) seems to improve reading,
  spelling, and behavior when given to children age
  5-12 years with developmental coordination
  disorder. However, it doesnt seem to improve
  motor skills.
